  1. Delivery Locations

    • We currently deliver within Jordan.
    • Specific delivery areas may vary; please check availability during checkout.
  2. Delivery Timeframes

    • Standard deliveries are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
    • Same-day or express delivery options may be available for certain locations at an additional cost.
  3. Delivery Charges

    • Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
    • Free delivery may be offered for orders exceeding a specified amount or during promotional campaigns.
  4. Order Processing

    • Orders placed before [specific time, e.g., 12 PM] will be processed on the same day.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  5. Delivery Conditions

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
    • If delivery fails due to incorrect details, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
  6. Packaging

    • All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
    • In the rare event of damage during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  7. Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status.
  8. Cancellations and Modifications

    • Order changes or cancellations must be requested within [ 12 hours] of placing the order.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

  • Because live plants are perishable and sensitive items, we kindly ask customers to inspect their delivery immediately.

  • We accept returns/refunds in the following cases:

    • The plant arrives damaged due to transit (broken pot, severely wilted, etc).

    • The item you received is not the item you ordered.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as “I changed my mind” or “I didn’t like the plant” (except where the item is clearly defective) unless otherwise agreed in a special case (e.g., corporate rental contract).

  • The above reflects that live plant goods are not “standard merchandise” and have special care/handling needs. (Also note: Jordan’s legislation around online trade is still developing. Eur J Law Polit Sci+2Qapla\'+2)

2.2 Return Window

  • You must notify us of an issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After our return authorization, you must follow instructions for returning (if applicable).

  • If the plant is clearly damaged or wrong, we will offer either replacement or refund (see below).

2.3 Return Process

  • Contact us via email at support@nabtaty.com or WhatsApp with: order number, photos of the issue (e.g., damaged plant, wrong item).

  • After assessing, we will issue a return authorization number and let you know how to proceed.

  • For returns: You may bring the plant back to our nursery or we can arrange pick-up (additional cost may apply).

  • On receipt and inspection of returned plant (condition confirmed), we will process refund or replacement.

2.4 Refunds & Replacements

  • If eligible, your refund will be made via the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item and approve it.

  • If you prefer, we can also offer a replacement plant (subject to availability) instead of refund.

  • Shipping/return costs: We cover shipping for cases where the error is ours (wrong item/damaged). If return is customer’s request outside defect or fault, then return shipping may be at customer’s cost.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned plant shows signs of damage or neglect after delivery (e.g., excessive wilting due to lack of watering) and the issue is not due to our responsibility.

2.5 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Plants that have been planted, altered, or removed from their original packaging/care conditions may not qualify for return.

  • Customized or special-order plant kits (for e.g., corporate rentals, branding bundles) may have separate terms and may not be eligible for standard returns.

  • Seasonal/holiday bundles or items sold as “final sale” (which will be clearly marked) may be non-returnable.
